Design & supervision

• Site visit and technical survey by a civil engineer
• Layout plan (no changes to load-bearing elements)
• Schedule and private agreement
• Supervision and coordination of all crews

Removal / Demolition

• Removal of tiles, sanitary ware, kitchen cabinets, old floors & interior doors
• Removal of the old electrical & plumbing installation
• Debris removal, skip hire & site cleaning

Electrical

• New electrical installation throughout (wiring, conduits, new consumer unit)
• Supply & installation of LEGRAND VALENA switches and sockets
• Supply points for air conditioning, kitchen & water heater

Plumbing

• New plumbing throughout with multilayer pipes & a manifold
• New bathroom & kitchen drainage

Plastering & painting

• Plastering & repairs after the new installations
• Filling, sanding & priming
• Painting of the whole home with branded materials (VIVECHROM)

Flooring

• New flooring throughout: laminate or first-grade tiles of your choice, material value up to €25/m²

Bathroom

• Architectural design of the new bathroom
• Supply & installation of first-grade floor and wall tiles
• New sanitary ware (toilet, cistern, vanity unit, washbasin, taps, accessories)
• Shower tray construction & enclosure

Kitchen

• New wooden kitchen cabinets up to 5 linear metres, designed by our interior designer
• Soft-close hinges & drawers, stainless steel sink base, dish/cutlery rack
• Worktop, sink & tap

Doors

• 3 new interior doors with handles & locks

• Aluminium windows
• Thermal insulation & external insulation
• Bedroom wardrobes
• Suspended ceilings & indirect lighting

• Structural changes & works that require a permit
