Privacy policy

This page explains what personal data we collect through the ig-constructions.gr website, why we use it and what your rights are, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU Regulation 2016/679).

What data we collect

Only what you give us in the contact forms: name, phone, email, area, subject, message and how you prefer us to reply. If you call or email us, we use the details you give us there.

Why we use it

To reply to your request, arrange a site visit and send you a quote. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use your details for advertising, and we do not sell them or share them with third parties for that purpose.

Who else processes it

• Resend: the service that delivers the form message to our email. The details are not stored in a website database.
• Cloudflare: the service that hosts the website.

These services may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided for by the GDPR.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to reply to your request. If we work together, we keep it to carry out the project and for as long as the law requires, for example for tax purposes.

Cookies and local storage

The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Your browser stores locally only your choice of light or dark theme and language, so they are remembered on your next visit.

The Contact page includes a Google Maps map that loads only if you click "Show map". From then on, Google may use cookies under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise them, email us at [email protected]. If you believe the processing breaches the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
