1. Tell us about the home
2. Which works do you need?
In buildings from before 1980 the wiring and iron pipes are usually old. It pays to replace them together with the renovation, so the walls don't have to be opened again later.
Would you also like any of these? (priced at the site visit)
3. What level of materials do you want?
Estimated cost
– – – + VAT
Prices are indicative, excluding VAT, and based on the prices of our renovation packages. The range includes a margin for whatever may come to light once walls and floors are opened. The final price comes with the itemised quote after a free site visit by our engineer. See also our guide to renovation cost per m².
How the cost is calculated
The calculator uses the same prices as our renovation packages. For example, a new bathroom, a 5-metre kitchen, painting, a security door and two interior doors in a 50 m² home come to €11,000–€14,000 + VAT. Our 50 m² package (€13,000 + VAT) falls within that range. With new electrics, plumbing, floors and windows throughout, the cost approaches the €500 per m² of a complete renovation.
The result is a first estimate. The condition of the property, the layout and your choice of materials can change the final price. That is why, before every quote, our engineer visits the property and gives you an itemised quote for each work and material.
