Fixed-price home renovation packages

For common home sizes we offer ready-made renovation packages at a fixed price, with a detailed description of works and materials. There are three levels, depending on how much of the home you want to change:

• Basic renovation (50 and 70 m²): for a home in good overall condition that needs a new bathroom, a new kitchen and painting.
• Renovation with new floors and windows (85 m²): everything in the basic level, plus new floors, aluminium windows and a wardrobe.
• Complete renovation (60, 80 and 100 m²): for an older home. Everything is replaced, including the electrics and plumbing throughout, designed and supervised by a civil engineer.

What each level includes

How to choose: if the home has old wiring or iron pipes (usually in buildings from before the 1980s), a complete renovation is the better choice, so the installations do not need to be opened up again later. If you are not sure, our engineer checks this during the site visit.

Basic renovation: 50 and 70 m²

It renews the rooms that wear out most, the bathroom and the kitchen, together with painting the whole home and new doors. The 50 m² package also has its own page.

Included

Removal / Demolition

• Removal of bathroom tiles & sanitary ware
• Removal of the old plumbing installation
• Removal of debris & site cleaning, skip hire

Painting

• Filling & sanding of minor damage, priming
• Painting the whole home with branded materials (VIVECHROM)

Electrical

• Inspection of the main distribution board
• Replacement of wiring in the kitchen

Bathroom

• Architectural design of the new bathroom
• Supply & laying of first-grade tiles on the bathroom floor and walls
• Supply & installation of new sanitary ware (toilet, cistern, vanity unit, washbasin, mixer taps, bathroom accessories)
• Construction of a walk-in shower and a new shower enclosure
• New plumbing installation with multilayer pipes & a water distribution manifold (collector)
• New drainage network
• Plastering of the patches created and a new cement screed on the floor

Kitchen

• New top-quality wooden kitchen cabinets (length per package in the table), designed by the company's interior designer
• A wide range of colour shades of your choice
• Soft-close cabinet & drawer mechanisms, stainless-steel base in the sink cabinet, plate rack/cutlery tray
• PYRAMIS sink and telescopic cooker hood, sink mixer tap
• 4 cm moisture-resistant laminate worktop
• First-grade tiles above the kitchen worktop

Carpentry

• New security door with 16 locking points
• Two new laminate interior doors with handles & locks

Renovation with new floors and windows: 85 m²

€30,000 + VAT. It includes everything in the basic renovation, with a kitchen of up to 8 running metres and LEGRAND VALENA switches and sockets, plus:

• New floors: supply & laying of first-grade floor tiles
• Aluminium windows: three thermal-break balcony doors with energy-efficient glazing, tilt function & insect screens, one single-leaf kitchen window and one single-leaf bathroom window with tilt function & insect screen, and surface-mounted roller shutters on the balcony doors and the kitchen window. Frames from leading brands (EUROPA or ALOUSYSTEM)
• A new bedroom wardrobe, with removal of the old one
• Removal of two old interior doors, replaced by the two new ones

Complete renovation: 60, 80 and 100 m²

For homes that need a thorough renewal: the installations, floors, windows, bathroom, kitchen and doors are replaced throughout, designed and supervised by a civil engineer.

• New plumbing throughout with multilayer pipes & a manifold
• New bathroom & kitchen drainage

Plastering & painting

• Plastering & repairs after the new installations
• Filling, sanding & priming
• Painting of the whole home with branded materials (VIVECHROM)

Flooring

• New flooring throughout: laminate or first-grade tiles of your choice, material value up to €25/m²

Aluminium windows

• Thermal-break balcony doors and windows with energy-efficient glazing, tilt function & insect screens (number per package in the table)
• Surface-mounted roller shutters on the balcony doors
• Frames from leading brands (EUROPA or ALOUSYSTEM)

Bathroom

• Architectural design of the new bathroom
• Supply & installation of first-grade floor and wall tiles
• New sanitary ware (toilet, cistern, vanity unit, washbasin, taps, accessories)
• Shower tray construction & enclosure

Kitchen

• New wooden kitchen cabinets (length per package in the table), designed by our interior designer
• Soft-close hinges & drawers, stainless steel sink base, dish/cutlery rack
• Worktop, sink & tap

Doors

• New security door with 16 locking points
• New interior doors with handles & locks (number per package in the table)

Not included in any package

• Thermal insulation & external insulation
• Bedroom wardrobes (except in the 85 m² package)
• Suspended ceilings & indirect lighting
• Air conditioning & appliances
• Structural changes & works that require a permit

• Prices are calculated for a home in normal condition, with a bathroom of up to 4 m²
