This project involved renovating a 140 m² apartment in Psychiko, with the aim of improving the home's functionality and appearance while preserving and highlighting its distinctive features.

The plumbing and electrical installations were completely replaced, providing modern and reliable infrastructure throughout the apartment.

The kitchen, bathroom and WC were fully renovated to improve their functionality and refresh their appearance.

Particular care was taken to preserve and enhance the marble surfaces. The marble was ground and polished, restoring its natural appearance, shine and aesthetic value.

New laminate flooring was installed in all three bedrooms, giving them a warm, contemporary look and creating a practical, consistent finish throughout the sleeping areas.

The exterior frames were replaced with new aluminium windows, upgrading the apartment and improving indoor comfort.

New wardrobes were built and new interior doors fitted to make better use of the available space. A new security door also upgraded the entrance.

The work was completed with skim coating and painting throughout the apartment, leaving clean, consistent and refreshed surfaces.

The result is a modern, fully refreshed 140 m² apartment in Psychiko. Updated installations, new windows, laminate bedroom floors and new fittings are combined with the restored marble features to create a practical and attractive home.
