• Large apartments: many properties in the area are spacious apartments in buildings from the 1970s and 1980s. They often need a new layout, an open-plan kitchen and living area, and modern bathrooms.
• Old installations: in properties of this age the electrical and plumbing systems are usually original and get replaced.
