This project involved the complete renovation of a 100 m² apartment in Glyfada, with the aim of upgrading the home's functionality, appearance and installations.

As part of the renovation, the electrical and plumbing installations were completely replaced, providing modern and reliable infrastructure throughout the apartment.

The kitchen, bathroom and WC were fully renovated with modern solutions and materials that combine functionality with an updated look.

New floor tiles were laid in the main areas of the apartment, specifically the hallway, kitchen and living room, creating a cohesive, contemporary finish.

The existing wooden floors in the two bedrooms were retained and restored by sanding and polishing, bringing back the wood's natural appearance and warmth.

New aluminium window frames were installed, contributing to the overall upgrade of the home. New wardrobes were also built in the bedrooms, adding storage and helping keep the spaces organised.

The renovation was completed with new interior doors, skim coating and painting throughout the apartment, leaving clean, even and refreshed surfaces.

The result is a fully renovated 100 m² apartment in Glyfada, where modern installations and new materials work in harmony with the restored wooden floors to create a contemporary, practical and welcoming home.
