View projectThis 50 m² apartment in Kallithea was renovated to upgrade the home as a whole, both in terms of functionality and appearance. The work included significant improvements to the main areas of the apartment, with particular focus on the kitchen, bathroom and everyday living spaces.
As part of the complete renovation, the kitchen and bathroom were fully rebuilt, with their spaces and installations renewed. The existing electrical installation was also replaced, upgrading the apartment's electrical infrastructure and providing greater safety and functionality.
An important part of the project was removing the partition wall between the entrance hall and the living room. Removing this divider created a more open and spacious feel and improved the connection between the entrance and living room.
The existing bathroom loft was also removed, allowing the space to be used more effectively and helping create a more contemporary, visually clean result.
A new suspended ceiling was installed in the living room, incorporated into the renovation design to give the space a more modern and finished character.
Different flooring materials were selected to suit the use and needs of each space. New tiles were installed in the kitchen and on the balcony, providing durable, easy-to-maintain surfaces.
Laminate flooring was laid in the bedroom, hallway, entrance hall and living room, creating a consistent look throughout the main living areas and adding warmth to the interior.
The apartment's exterior window frames were retained because replacement was not considered necessary. This allowed the work to focus on the improvements needed to upgrade the home's functionality and appearance.
The interior surfaces were also fully refreshed with skim coating and a complete repaint. Careful wall preparation and new colours helped create a clean, bright and contemporary finish.
The completed work transformed the apartment in Kallithea into a refreshed, functional home where the new layout, contemporary materials and upgraded electrical installations work together harmoniously.
The complete renovation makes the best possible use of the 50 m², creating a modern living space suited to everyday needs.
