This project in Agia Paraskevi involved dividing a 130 m² apartment into two new, self-contained homes measuring 70 m² and 60 m².

The new layout was accompanied by extensive renovation work and the installation of new infrastructure, transforming the original single space into two modern, functional homes.

New electrical and plumbing installations

The plumbing and electrical installations were replaced so that each new home would have the modern infrastructure it needs.

New heating networks were also created for both homes, and two natural gas boilers were purchased and installed to provide independent heating for each apartment.

Two new kitchens and new wardrobes

Following the division of the original apartment, two new kitchens were created, one in each home. Each space was designed to meet the needs of its independent apartment and fit harmoniously into the new layout.

New floors and restored wooden flooring

New tiled floors were installed throughout the two homes, creating durable and practical surfaces.

The existing aluminium window frames were replaced with new ones, upgrading the openings throughout both homes.

Two new solar water heaters
