This project involved the complete renovation of a 60 m² apartment on the second floor in Filothei, with the aim of fully modernising the home and improving the functionality, comfort and appearance of its interior and exterior spaces.

The electrical and plumbing installations were completely replaced, providing modern and reliable infrastructure throughout the apartment.

The kitchen and bathroom were fully renovated with new installations and contemporary finishes. New floor tiles were laid in the kitchen, as well as on the balconies, refreshing the exterior spaces.

The existing timber flooring in the living room, hallway and bedroom was replaced with new timber flooring, bringing warmth, visual continuity and a contemporary look to the home.

The exterior windows were replaced with new aluminium frames. New interior doors and a new security entrance door were also installed, improving the home's functionality, security and overall appearance.

New wardrobes were built to make better use of the space and provide increased, well-organised storage.

The renovation was completed with skim coating and painting throughout the apartment, creating clean, even surfaces. New awnings were installed in the exterior spaces, along with a new solar water heater to improve the home's energy performance and comfort.
