Apartment division and full renovation in Agia Paraskevi

View projectThis 75 m² apartment on the fourth floor in Kolonaki underwent a complete renovation to upgrade its installations and create a modern, refreshed living space.
The work included a complete renovation of the kitchen and bathroom, as well as replacement of the apartment's plumbing and electrical installations.
The kitchen and bathroom were completely renovated, with a modern look and improved functionality. The upgrades were combined with the replacement of the core installations to create a complete, contemporary result.
Particular care was taken to preserve and enhance the home's existing features.
The wooden floors in the living room and bedroom were sanded and polished. This process brought out the wood's natural texture and appearance, significantly refreshing both spaces.
The existing terrazzo in the entrance hall was also sanded and polished. This preserved a distinctive feature of the home and integrated it harmoniously into the apartment's new aesthetic.
The existing aluminium window frames were replaced, improving the apartment's functionality and appearance.
New interior doors were also installed, along with a new bedroom wardrobe to provide additional storage and better organization.
The apartment's interior surfaces were refreshed with skim coating and painting. Careful wall preparation and new colours created a clean, modern backdrop for the renovated spaces.
Indirect lighting was also installed as part of the aesthetic upgrade, adding subtle illumination and a contemporary character to the interior.
A solar water heater was installed to improve the home's energy efficiency and provide a modern, practical solution for domestic hot water.
The complete renovation of the apartment in Kolonaki combined modernized installations with the restoration and enhancement of the home's distinctive features.
The new kitchen and bathroom, updated electrical and plumbing installations, new window frames, interior doors and bedroom wardrobe were combined with restored wooden floors and terrazzo.
Indirect lighting, fresh paint and the solar water heater completed the upgrade, creating a modern, functional 75 m² apartment while preserving elements of its original character.
