This project involved the complete renovation and redesign of an 80 m² apartment on the second floor in Voula. The aim was not only to improve the home's appearance and technical condition, but also to make better use of the existing floor plan and create more functional spaces.

One of the main interventions was changing the internal layout. The existing kitchen was converted into a bedroom, while the kitchen was moved into the living room to create a new, practical open-plan kitchen and living area. A second bedroom was also created, significantly improving the apartment's functionality.

As part of the full renovation, the electrical and plumbing installations were completely replaced, and a new heating network was installed, providing modern and reliable infrastructure throughout the home.

External thermal insulation was applied to two sides of the building, improving the apartment's thermal protection and contributing to the home's overall energy upgrade.

The bathroom and new kitchen were fully renovated with modern installations and selected materials. New floor tiles were laid throughout the apartment and on the balconies, creating a refreshed, cohesive look.

New interior doors and a new security door were installed, and new wardrobes were built to make better use of the storage space. The exterior frames were also replaced with new aluminium windows, upgrading the home and improving indoor comfort.

A new solar water heater was installed as part of the energy-efficiency improvements. The work was completed with skim coating and painting throughout the apartment, giving the spaces a clean, modern and consistent finish.

The result is a fully renovated, energy-upgraded 80 m² apartment in Voula, with a more functional layout, two bedrooms and a modern open-plan kitchen and living area. External insulation on two sides, new windows, a new heating network and a solar water heater complete the home's technical and energy upgrade.
