The wall between the kitchen and living room was also removed, creating a greater sense of openness and improving the connection between these two central areas of the home. These changes make better use of the 56 m² and create a more contemporary, functional floor plan.
The kitchen and bathroom were completely renovated, including their finishes and infrastructure. New tiles were installed in the kitchen, complementing the other surfaces in the home for a modern, harmonious result.
Floor tiles were laid in the living room and kitchen, creating durable, easy-to-maintain surfaces.
In the rooms where the existing wooden floors were retained, they were sanded and polished. This restored the wood's appearance and natural beauty while preserving the character of the home.
The existing aluminium window frames were replaced with new ones, improving the apartment's appearance and functionality. A new security door was also fitted at the entrance, enhancing security and completing the upgrade.
